The two biggest loves of our life: memes and sleep. What would we be doing on the Internet and in real life without these two!

Why do memes matter?

Perhaps, the best thing to come out of the Internet generation is memes! No, no - it's truly a treasure! People across age groups who try to explore the online world even remotely have at least one meme they found hilarious!

Especially for GenZs, memes have become a coping mechanism. The reason why memes are SO DAMN important to the young is that they have become a part of our everyday vernacular. Rather than putting what we feel into words, we come across memes and share them with our friends - only to receive "omg sameee!"

New brands and even long-established businesses have recognised this metamorphosis of our language and how we communicate. This is why good memes are one of the topmost priorities of any brand's social media strategy! It is perhaps the most sure-shot way of bringing folks to the platform and engaging with them.

You cannot do without sleep!

For real though, sleep is super important. We cannot stress this enough! You think you can get by on 3 hours of sleep, but you cannot.

You become more stressed, more annoyed - and way more easily - when you are sleep-deprived.

Nowadays, people treat not sleeping as a badge of honour. They flex how they can go days by barely sleeping. You can go by without eating healthy (or at all) or not taking care of yourself, too. But the point is to live better & healthier every day, isn't it? 

We research and study sleep every day (lmao, yes, we do!) - we know what we’re talking about. We all NEED sleep. Let's get that clear!
